Um...

... was I getting all warm and fuzzy like in that previous post? Mayhaps. I have been thinking lately along the lines of a wood-burning fireplace... or a big comfy slouchy floopy sofa with a cuddly fluffy blanket. Things I never had and ... never needed... until I got old.

Amen to fluffy blankets, wood burning fireplaces and big comfy slouchy floopy sofas...getting old isn't nearly as bad as it seems when your looking at it from age 25!

Aren't you a bit young to be worrying about creature comforts? Are you evolving from SpockGirl to BonesMcCoyWoman?

Leave aging to the aged.

If you are calling yourself old then that would make me ancient, maybe even prehistoric! LOL

Ah... I use the word "old" and everyone comes out of the woodwork. It was the simplest way to briefly say... until I got to the point where my body developed an inability to deal with fluctuation in temperature at this particular time of the year, due primarily to physiological changes brought on by hormonal imbalances peculiar to the natural human process known as ... aging. Phew! I'm glad I just used "old".
